All services are tailored to client requirements, but results may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, market competition).
2. Account Registration & Client Responsibilities
If you register or provide details for service access, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information.
- Be responsible for safeguarding any login credentials.
- Ensure you have the authority to act on behalf of your company (if applicable).
Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account or by individuals authorized by you.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments must be made in advance, as agreed.
Growth Links follows a strict No Refund Policy.
However, if you face issues with our deliverables, we encourage you to contact us at info@growthlinks.org within 14 days of delivery so we can address concerns promptly.
4. Deliverables & Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of tangible deliverables (e.g., reports, written content, SEO documents) transfers to the client.
Growth Links retains rights to methodologies, strategies, templates, and internal processes used in delivering the service.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All Growth Links branding, website content, graphics, and proprietary strategies remain the intellectual property of Growth Links. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or misrepresent these assets without written permission.
6. Client Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Links, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
- Misuse of our services.
- Violation of third-party intellectual property rights.
- Content or instructions provided by the client that cause legal or financial harm.
7. Termination & Suspension
Growth Links reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
- The client breaches these Terms.
- The client engages in unethical, illegal, or harmful practices.
- Payments are not received as agreed.
In such cases, all fees paid remain non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability
Growth Links is not liable for:
- Fluctuations in search engine rankings.
- Third-party service disruptions.
- Loss of revenue, data, or reputation caused by factors outside our control.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
